MSMC-Tools¶
Helper scripts and utilities for msmc and msmc2 (so far not yet published). Most scripts have a little built in help, which can be invoked with the option -h. This module includes msmc and msmc2.
Environment Modules¶
Run module spider MSMC-Tools to find out what environment modules are available for this application.
System Variables¶
- HPC_MSMCTOOLS_DIR - installation directory
- HPC_MSMCTOOLS_BIN - executable directory
