GHOST-MP¶
GHOST-MP is a parallel sequence similarity search tool. It searches for similar sequences among nucleotide query sequences and amino acid sequence database like BLASTX. GHOST-MP runs on a distributed memory system and processes query sequences in parallel. It could run on over 100,000 CPU cores.
