hgtector¶
HGTector is a computational pipeline for genome-wide detection of putative horizontal gene transfer (HGT) events based on sequence homology search hit distribution statistics.
This module sets the following environment variables: * HPC_HGTECTOR_DIR - installation directory * HPC_HGTECTOR_BIN - executable directory * HPC_HGTECTOR_REF - reference directory
